Amy Ziebarth’s journey of impact began in 1995, reshaping opportunities for underserved communities. Her leadership at NJ SEEDS and Far Brook School wasn’t just about opening doors—it was about breaking barriers. Her unwavering commitment to diversity and educational equity has left an indelible mark, recognized by numerous accolades and felt by every student who’s walked through the doors she opened.

Since 2000, Miguel Brito has revolutionized urban education, challenging outdated systems with a vision rooted in care and understanding. Through his leadership at Philips Educational Partners and St. Philip’s Academy, Miguel has shown that nurturing environments are the key to unlocking profound academic and personal growth.
